 At Michael's Land Designs we thrive to develop a maintenance program to best fit each individual customers needs. We will work with you to increase the value of your home and make it a pleaasurable and relaxing place to live. A professionally trained and certified landscape technician will conduct all work necessary to commplete your landscape maintenance.
Michael's Land Design will provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to conduct each job according to its specification.
Landscape Maintenance Program
All leaves will be removed from bed and turf areas. Ornamentals will be pruned properly with all dead wood removed. Shrubs, hedges, and trees will be trimmed per choice of customer. Perennials will be deadheaded according to the specific type of perennial and time of season. Weeds will be sprayed and/or removed.
Fertilizer and pre-emergent will be applied according to proper regulations. Mulch will be added to landscape beds, pathways, and playground areas.
When Michael's staff are done with your landscape, we guarantee your satisfaction.
